If the Golden Flashes can escape Baton Rouge in one piece, it then must travel to Happy Valley to take on a Penn State team that wildly exceeded expectations in 2012 following the Jerry Sandusky scandal. This one-two punch of LSU-Penn State is one of the tougher seven-day, non-conference spans of any MAC school (see link).
