
The Kent State defense sacked Bowling Green's quarterback six times and forced three turnovers (two interceptions and a fumble).
Offensively, Spencer Keith played his best game of the season. He completed 26-of-32 passes for 223 yards and two touchdowns. He did not throw an interception.
Tyshon Goode caught 12 of Keith's passes for 158 yards, both career highs, and scored twice.
Jacquise Terry led all ball carriers with 94 rushing yards on 22 carries.
