Paul Haynes instilling ‘Ubuntu’ with Flashes

Entering the fourth season as head coach at Kent State, Paul Haynes has a new attitude and plan for his team, which has finished the last three years a combined 9-26. This year, Haynes has introduced the team to “Ubuntu,” which means “I am what I am because of who we are.”
