Big 12 rivals meet up in one of only two games involving ranked teams going head-to-head this weekend as No. 20 Arizona travels to No. 14 Kansas State in a battle of Wildcats on Friday.

Fun Fact: Its a Big 12 matchup that does not count in the Big 12 standings.

We’ve got all the info and analysis you need to know ahead of the game, including the latest info on how to catch kickoff, betting lines, recent team performance, player stats, and, of course, our predictions, picks, and best bets for the game from our modeling tools and staff of experts.

Kansas State is coming off a 9-4 season, dropping close games to Oklahoma State and Texas last year. The program has seen success recently, going to four bowl games in the last five seasons and winning the Big 12 title in 2022.

Last week, the Wildcats beat the Tulane Green Wave, 34-27. Despite being favored by nearly 10 points, K-State still fell behind 3-14 early in the game and was forced to play catch-up. Junior running back DJ Giddens ran for 114 yards and caught four passes for 63 yards and a touchdown.

The Sunflower State of Kansas hosts not just one, but both Friday night college games, as UNLV is also playing the KU Jayhawks in Kansas City. The big game, though, is this one, as the Wildcats will tangle with...the Wildcats. It's a Top 25 battle, which has been a rarity in the early portion of the college schedule so far. This is a historic game, too, as it is Arizona's first true conference game in the Big 12 after moving over from the Pac-12.

Arizona has been pretty impressive at times, firing out of the gates at 2-0. The Wildcats rolled up 205 rushing yards and 422 passing yards in a 61-39 win over New Mexico in the opener. In that game, WR Tetairoa McMillan introduced himself to the Big 12 with 10 receptions, 304 yards and four touchdowns, making a winner out of Brent Brennan in his coaching debut in Tucson.
