Usyk vs Fury 2 is almost here – which means it's time to figure out the best (and possibly cheapest) way to watch the big fight live on Saturday, December 21, from Riyadh.
The hotly-anticipated heavyweight clash between WBA, WBC, WBO, and Ring Magazine champion Oleksandr Usyk and former WBC champion Tyson Fury is expected to sell more than 1 million pay-per-views.
Boxing fans can watch it live on TV thanks to major sports networks such as DAZN, ESPN+ and Sky Sports, as well as online via their respective streaming apps.
“I’m the only show in town,” Fury said during the “Reignited” Grand Arrivals. “This time around everything is pretty much the same. It’s the biggest event of my life, so in that regard it’s pretty much the same. From one biggest event to the next biggest event. I’m looking forward to putting on a show as always. I’m going to knock him out. I’m going to give Turki what I promised him in May, a cooked rabbit in his kitchen. That’s my promise!”
In their first bout, Fury was 28 ½ pounds heavier when the two men hit the scales. However, Usyk proved that size doesn’t matter when he rallied down the stretch to drop “The Gypsy King” and secure a memorable split decision triumph.
To give away almost 30 pounds of functional weight to an opponent is a huge challenge but Usyk has always had the requisite speed, skills, mobility, and durability to overcome the size disadvantage. That’s just as well because Fury looks like he might have put on even more bulk ahead of the rematch.
